Physical Education (PE) is offered to all students from Prep to Year 6, with swimming being offered to all students.
In addition to the classroom programs, Warwick Central State School conducts an athletics carnival each year. The school is divided into 3 sport houses:
- Lyndhurst (purple and green)
- Risdon (black, green and white) and
- Canning (pink and black)
Students from Years 4 to 6 are involved in the Interschool Sport Program which involves traveling by bus to different venues around Warwick and competing against other schools in sporting events such as:
- Cricket
- Netball
- Rugby League
- Hockey
- Soccer
- Softball
